    Thank you for these tips! I think self-care for self love is really important too. As for meditation, do you think guided mediation might work for those who have issues with negative self-talk?

      Any form of meditation should calm you down and make it easier for you to find inner peace. Also make sure to boost your confidence which should also help to reduce the negative self-talk. And read some good quotes, they usually help me a lot πŸ™‚
