Mindfulness is one of the greatest blessings one can have. Being aware of the moment and truly live in the present is a gift. To some people it comes naturally while others have to learn it and practice it regularly before being mindful becomes second nature.  I personally love Zen sayings and mindfulness quotes as they always bring me back to the right mindset.  Here are my favourite ones.     We often can’t let go of what happened yesterday, ruining a perfectly good day by lingering in the past. Ralph Waldo Emerson knew it’s nonsense like this that can ruin a perfectly good life,
